Why the Space Coast Produces So Many Reports

Modern Falcon 9 launches have continued this pattern. Rocket exhaust illuminated at twilight can appear highly unusual, especially when viewed from hundreds of kilometres away. Long-duration upper-stage burns and booster re-entry events can also create “multiple object” sightings.
