The Cessna landmark explanation

During the wider wave, state police and aviation officials concluded that some of the most famous sightings involved pilots operating Cessna aircraft from local airports, particularly around Stormville. Sensitive locations encourage dramatic interpretation
An unexplained light over a rural road is one thing. The same light near a nuclear plant immediately sounds more consequential. Readers naturally assume that trained security staff, surveillance systems and government agencies would know exactly what happened.
